It's BACK!! The full printed curriculum, Equine Sciences and Stewardship of the Horse, comes complete with everything you need except a pack of different colored extra fine permanent markers. We outsource the printing through The Homeschool Printing Company because we can get it printed at less cost than printing it ourselves. That way we can pass on the savings to customers! It comes in a 3 ring binder, a side spine folder which is filled with the 11 acetate sheets needed for the "Build-A-Horse" from the inside-out project, card holders for the Vital Signs cards, Units 1 - 10 based on the ten body systems, a Horsessentials Handbook with nutrition, water, and feed needs and information, a Parasites unit covering the life cycles of the major parasites with a dry erase marker to use on the cover when charting the parasite paths in the body, and a Vital Signs unit including cards to learn the how, what, and why of taking vital signs. The Vital Signs unit has 3 barn charts included; hoof check, vital signs, and pulse points which can be hung in the barn for quick reference. The Endocrine System Unit is the first, the longest, and probably the hardest unit and includes the endocrine chart. This chart can be removed from the notebook, taped together, and hung on a wall for reference while learning the actions of the hormones. There are tests at the ends of the 10 body systems units. 

Order 6 - 8 weeks before you plan to start. I keep a few in stock but if you are ordering for multiple students they are printed in the order the printing company gets their orders and sometimes other orders are ahead of ours (they are always prompt and I've received every order sooner than expected!) After I receive them, I drill the holes, cover the barn charts, cut the vital signs cards, and put it all together myself. Then I ship to you. 

If you have a student that needs extra repetition or you don't have time to go through the curriculum with your student, your access to the student file share page is included with site membership.  This is mostly mp4 videos with me going through the 10 body systems units and questions page by page with the student, plus some other helps and bonus pages. They can be watched over and over if needed, to help the student master the material. You sign up on that page and after membership is approved, then you have access to all files and can even post your own projects.
